Michael James Organisation (MJO) has been instructed by the liquidators in the matter of Seven Seasons Trading 60 (Pty) Ltd to offer for auction a palatial home overlooking Plettenberg Bay, with possible further development opportunities.
Remainder of portion 47 of Ganse Vallei Farm, Erf 444, Baron’s View, Knysna Road, Plettenberg Bay measures 8.4899 ha. The house on the hillside property has 270 degree views of Keurboom Lagoon, the coastline, the surrounding valleys and hills.
“The property is in need of general maintenance and repairs to restore it to its former glory,” says Alan Scully of MJO.

This auction will take place on site at 11 am on February 28. The property may be viewed on February 23 between 2 and 4 pm.
Terms and conditions include a 10 percent deposit plus commission on the fall of the hammer, the balance on transfer. A copy of your identity document and proof of residency will be required for auction registration.
