the farm is an agricultural property that is used for grazing, game farming, as well as cultivating. It has improvements that offer conference facilitates, as well as a church and administrative services for the Nature Reserve.

Infrastructure and Services

 

Water is sourced via three boreholes, two being equipped with pumps, and is stored via a gravel, corrugated iron and cement dams as well as plastic storage tanks. There are surface irrigations systems on the subject site as well as Eskom supplied electricity connection. Fencing is typical game fencing approximate 2.4m in height and is jack proof, however not electrified.The irrigation system covers an approximate 15 hectares and extraction is directly from the boreholes on site as well as pumped from the river for added convenience. The cultivated arable land currently being utilised approximates to 15 hectares primarily for onion feed.
